A quiet homage to the Indian kitchen. Chef Arjun Malhotra cooks over embers and memory: Awadhi dum, Kerala fish curry, a Bengali shukto, all served in a room lit like an evening temple.

A sunlit room of stone and linen, set beside the garden. Wood-fired flatbreads, Ligurian olive oil, a short list of well-chosen wines. The place our regulars come for breakfast and never quite manage to leave.

The Gepton Bar

Single-estate spirits, hand-carved ice, vinyl on the turntable. Our head bartender Neha Rao changes the list eight times a year. The room accepts no reservations after nine; do arrive early.
