Accessibility Statement

Gepton Hotel is committed to making its website and its hotel usable by everyone, including guests with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor differences. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done on this site

  • Semantic HTML for headings, lists, tables and forms, with clear focus states on every interactive element.
  • Colour contrast that passes AA at 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, in both light and dark modes.
  • Alternative text on all photographic content.
  • Keyboard navigation for every page, including the mega menu and booking flow.
  • prefers-reduced-motion support — animations are disabled for guests who request it.
  • Form labels and helpful error messages that describe the problem plainly.

At the hotel

Ground-floor access throughout, level-change lifts to every floor, grab rails in all bathrooms, closed-caption televisions in every suite, hearing-loop at the reception desk, service dogs welcomed, and our team trained to assist quietly without being asked twice.

Where we are still working

We have some older PDFs that are not yet fully accessible. We are rewriting them through 2026. In the meantime, please request a plain-text version from the front desk and we will send one within a working day.
